Fishing accommodation on the Danube and Drava

Fishing accommodation on the Danube and Drava

Aljmaš sits exactly where the Drava flows into the Danube – one of the best-known fishing spots in this part of Europe. Aura is within walking distance of the river, and after a day on the water there is an air-conditioned room and a terrace with a barbecue.

Fishing at the Drava–Danube confluence

At the confluence and along both rivers anglers catch catfish (wels), carp, zander and pike, plus plenty of white fish. Backwaters, sandbanks and the Danube banks around Aljmaš and Erdut offer spots for bank and boat fishing.

Help with gear and spots

We help with tackle and rigging and tell you where the fish are biting. Fishing in Croatia requires a valid licence – we will point you to where to get one.

Freezer and vacuum sealing

Vacuum-seal your catch and keep it in our freezer, so it travels home safely.

Coming by plane?

If you fly in, we can pick you up from the airport and take you back after your stay, by arrangement.

For fishing groups

Groups of up to 9 can take the whole house. There is parking in the yard, and the summer kitchen with barbecue and bread oven and the long terrace table are ready for the evening.
